少し前になりますが、京都で進めているプロジェクトの基礎工事が終わり無事上棟しました。
京都特有の厳しい風致地区での計画ですが、
条文を上手く読み解き、外壁のセットバックや面積関係の緩和を使って進めています。
約98㎡の３階建という小さな建築です。

A while ago, we completed the foundation work for a project in Kyoto and successfully completed the stracture construction.
While carefully reading and understanding the provisions in Kyoto's unique scenic area, We are not subject to any setback restrictions for exterior walls, and we are proceeding with loose measures in terms of area.
It is a small three-story housing with an area of approximately 98 square meters.
